Refund policy

if you are not happy with your purchase, items can be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

  • to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.

  • any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

  • if you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions on the 'returns' page located in the menu bar.

returns

  • full-priced items or items using discount codes can be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • items can be returned for store credit equal to the original price of the item (exc. shipping).

  • items can be refunded to for the original price of the item (exc. shipping) and are subject to AU$19 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. this fee covers third party processing charges.

  • once we have received your items, it can take up to 7 business days to inspect and process your return.

  • we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and confirm once processed.

  • if your return is approved, your store credit will be issued as a gift card to your email address or your refund will be processed to your original payment method. 

exchanges

  • we accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order if we have the size in stock on our website.

  • if we do not have your size in stock, the item can be returned for store credit.

  • we will provide you with a return shipping label and cover the cost of sending your replacement item.

  • once we have received your items, it can take up to 7 business days to inspect and dispatch a replacement.

  • we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and confirm once processed.

faulty items

  • faulty items can be returned for an exchange, store credit (+10% of value), or if we determine it appropriate, a full refund.

  • please note that if we no longer have the item in stock on our website, we cannot offer an exchange.

  • we will provide you with a return shipping label and cover any costs incurred for the transit of the parcel.

  • once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 7 business days to process and issue a refund, an exchange or store credit.

late or missing refunds

  • if you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. then contact your credit card or selected payment method company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • next contact your bank. there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

sale items

  • please note, all sale items are final and non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.

other

  • we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return postage.

  • we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and only items received by beni are eligible for a return or exchange.
