how do I know my size?

where are your products manufactured?

our products are ethically sourced and manufactured in India using 100% organic cotton and 100% recycled polyester.

are all the packaging materials compostable?

yes that's right, all of our packaging materials are 100% compostable.

our mailer boxes and garment bags are made from recyclable kraft paper.
Our shipping labels are FSC certified and 100% compostable.

we use soy-based inks and non-toxic adhesive in all of our packaging. Even our packaging tape is made from a natural kraft paper and vegetable gum adhesive, making it 100% biodegradable and 100% recyclable, unlike cellophane and polyester tapes.

how do I track my order?

once we receive your order and it has been processed, you will automatically be sent a tracking number. please check your junk mail if this has not been received.

if you did not receive a tracking number please send your name and order number to us through our contact us form.

when will I receive my order?

please allow up to 2 business days for processing. standard domestic shipments usually take 2 - 8 business days to arrive and express usually takes 1 - 4 business days.

please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforeseen variables.

when will an item be back in stock?

we produce our collection with sustainability in mind and purchase our stock in limited batches for each season. 

you can keep up to date with our launches and re-stock dates via our Instagram and TikTok.

do you ship internationally?

yes we ship internationally.

we charge a flat rate of A$25 for international shipping on all orders.

can I pick up my order?

at this time, we are unable to accept any direct pick-ups or drop-offs.

how do I return or exchange an item?

we are happy to exchange any product that we stock for a full refund if it meets our return policy.

to exchange or return an item, please visit the returns portal under the 'contact' section of our menu.

all items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 

do I have to pay for return shipping?

we provide free return shipping for all domestic australian orders.

for exchanges, return shipping is paid for and organised by the customer. shipping for the replacement item is paid for and organised by beni.

i just placed an order, can I cancel it?

unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any order once they are placed.

i've used the incorrect shipping address; how can I change it?

unfortunately, after an order is placed we are unable to make any edits to shipping addresses.

can multiple orders be combined?

due to high volume of orders we cannot guarantee that orders can be combined. please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

when will I receive my refund?

we aim to issue refunds within 48 hours of receipt of your returned items using the same payment method you used to purchase.

please allow up to 10-business days for this to appear in your account. this is to allow for bank processing time. if you haven't received your refund within this timeframe please contact us.
