how do I know my size?

to best gauge your appropriate size, please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in.

are all the packaging materials compostable?

yes, all of our packaging materials are 100% compostable.

our mailer boxes and garment bags are made from recyclable kraft paper.
our shipping labels are FSC certified and 100% compostable.

we use soy-based inks and non-toxic adhesive in all of our packaging.

even our packaging tape is made from a natural kraft paper and vegetable gum adhesive, making it 100% biodegradable and recyclable.

how do I track my order?

once we receive your order and it has been processed, you will automatically be sent a tracking number. please check your junk mail if this has not been received.

if you did not receive a tracking number please send your name and order number to us through our contact us form.

when will I receive my order?

when will an item be back in stock?

we produce our collection with sustainability in mind and purchase our stock in limited batches for each season. 

sign up to our mailing list to be notified of any restocks and to get priority access for new collections.

do you ship internationally?

yes, we ship internationally.

can I pick up my order?

we do not offer direct pick-ups or drop-offs.

how do I return or exchange an item?

we are happy to exchange any product for a different size or refund it for store credit if it meets our return policy.

all items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 

i just placed an order, can I cancel it?

unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders once they are placed.

i've used the incorrect shipping address; how can I change it?

unfortunately, after an order is placed we are unable to make any edits to shipping addresses.

can multiple orders be combined?

due to high volume of orders we cannot guarantee that orders can be combined. please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

when will I receive my refund?

we aim to issue refunds within 48 hours of receipt of your returned items using the same payment method you used to purchase.

please allow up to 10 business days for this to appear in your account. this is to allow for bank processing time. if you haven't received your refund within this timeframe please contact us.
